Camp

On Tuesday we will be going to camp for 1 night. Here is a list of what you must take and what you can not take.

REQUIRED EQUIPMENT

v Hygiene kit (toothbrush and toothpaste, shower gel, hair brush, a towel)

v Sleeping bag.

v Oakley hat, sun screen and lip protection.

v Comfortable clothing (that can get dirty), training trousers and t-shirts for the activities, please do not bring jeans.

v Changes of underwear.

v Appropriate shoes that can get wet, for the shower.

v Torch and spare batteries.

v T-shirt and summer school uniform to go and come back from campsite trip.

v Comfortable footwear.

v Beach kit (swimming costume, towel and flip-flops).

We recommend that all clothing is named

NOT ALLOWED AT THE CAMPSITE

v Sweets

v Soft drinks

v Cash or jewellery

v Electronic machines

v Too much Luggage

v Valuable items

v Mp3 players

Homework Week 7

Hello everyone,

This week your homework is to revise ALL your spelling words from this term, use your homework book to do this.
The spelling focuses are homophones, prefixes dis, sub re and suffixes and words ending in 'sion'

You will have a test of different words from these when you come back from camp.

Deberes de Lengua Semana 6 22-05-15

Hola a todos:

Los deberes de esta semana se recogerán el próximo miércoles 28 ( un día antes de lo normal) y son un repaso de lo visto en clase.

Les detallo la fecha de los exámenes finales:
Jueves 28 examen de ortografía: dictado de g,j,r,rr
Jueves 29 examen de gramática.
Lunes 1 examen de expresión escrita: La noticia y el diálogo ( esta parte también ha sido trabajada en clase y los alumnos están informados de lo que va a tratar el examen).

¡No olviden acudir a nuestra asamblea del día de Canarias  (miércoles 27), esperamos verlos a todos allí!

For Reading revision try to read as much as you can in English. Write a few sentences summarising what you have read. If you find any words you do not know try working their meaning out from the other words or look in the dictionary.

Our spelling test will be of frequency words and we do not expect you to revise for this.

Deberes de Lengua semana 5 15-05-15

Hola a todos,
Los deberes de esta semana tienen que ver con el contenido que nos queda por evaluar. La hoja la entregaré el 14-05-15 y la recogeré el 21.
Recuerdo que los exámenes finales serán en 2 semanas.

Como he dicho anteriormente los libros de lectura de autor canario, Cleta y Domitila y Piojos y tarea, serán evaluados en la parte de comprensión lectora, y esa será la nota final del año para este aspecto. Con lo cual es obligado realizar esta lectura en casa para después trabajar en gran grupo la comprensión lectora antes de hacerla por escrito.

Con respecto al  día de Canarias, pido colaboración en el aprendizaje de la letra de la canción que cerrará la asamblea.

Hi all!!

Your homework this week is English, Maths and Spelling.

Our spelling focus is prefixes re, dis and sub. Please practice your words for a test next Wednesday. If you have the word subconscious in your homework it is spelt incorrectly on your homework sheet, it should be SUBCONSCIOUS.

English we are practicing our reading comprehension. Read the text and answer the questions.

For Maths you have the chance to play and explore our new resource Education City. Please complete the tasks in the homework folder, then you can play any other games you would like to.
