Deberes semana 4 30-1-15

Hola a todos,
Esta semana no hay deberes debido a que la próxima semana, comienza la primera parte de la evaluación del segundo trimestre.
Recuerden repasar teniendo los deberes y las fichas de estudio delante pues les orientarán del tipo de ejercicio del examen.

Old Newspaper for Art

Hi everyone!

If you have any old newspapers at home can you please bring them in so we can use them in art. We will be doing messy activities in art this term so you NEED an art shirt.

Homework Week 4

Hi all!!

Homework this week is English, Maths, Science and Spelling.

For spelling we are looking at homophones, words that sound the same but have a different meaning. You will have a spelling test next Wednesday.

In English we are focusing on our Reading Comprehension. Please read the information and answer the questions.

In Maths we have been learning about measurement and how to convert it. Complete the tables for mm,cm and m conversions.

Science is a 2 week topic and needs to be handed in on Tuesday 10th of February. Choose one of the habitats listed and research information about it. Put this information into a report which includes pictures. You can draw these pictures or take them from the internet.

In English choose 2 topics and a write a paragraph of reach. Remember adjectives make your writing more interesting.

Maths we are looking at word problems. Read the question, find the important information then solve the equation.

You will have a spelling test on Wednesday, please practice your words more than once!

Deberes semana 3 23-01 e información semana de evaluación

Hola a todos,
Esta semana los deberes entregados siguen relacionados con lo trabajado en clase.
Se recogerán el próximo jueves 29.
Recordar que el resumen es para el miércoles 28 y en esta semana se cambiará el libro para el realizar el siguiente.

A su vez, también ha sido entregada la ficha de estudio y la fecha de comienzo de la semana de evaluación.

Ya hemos empezado nuevamente con los deberes. Han sido entregados hoy y los recogeré el próximo jueves 22.
Recuerdo que el resumen es para el 28  y si no han cogido libro de la biblioteca pueden elegir uno de casa.

Hi all, I hope you have settled back in to the routine of school.

Homework this week is English, Maths and Spelling. You will have a spelling test on Wednesday, remember to write the word 3 times and practice these words everyday.

English homework is to choose 2 words and write a paragraph for each.

Maths we are continuing adding money. Please show your working and record answers on the worksheet.

Also can I remind you that you need all the correct equipment at school especially pencil, ruler and rubber.

Next week we will be starting some messy tasks in art so make sure you have your art shirt in your school bag.

2º Trimestre Lengua española

Hola a todos,
Ya estamos de vuelta y con las pilas cargadas para afrontar con ganas un nuevo trimestre.
Les detallo a continuación los nuevos contenidos para los primeros ejercicios de evaluación que tendrán lugar en la primera semana de febrero (las fechas exactas las enviaré más adelante).
No olviden que los deberes siempre reflejarán ejercicios similares para la evaluación y que las fichas de estudio son también un apoyo más a seguir.

Contenidos:

• El número y el género del adjetivo.
• Uso de la coma y los dos puntos.
• La carta y el correo electrónico: semejanzas y diferencias.
• Familia de palabras.
• Descripción de lugares.
• Los artículos determinados e indeterminados.
• Uso de "g", "gu", "gü".
• La formación de palabras.

Homework for this week will be to study the 100 high frequency words for a test on Monday. You will be tested on 75 of the words.
